WE WILL ARRIVE BY PLANE AND WORRY ABOUT GETTING DIFFICULTIES TO TAKE THE INVERTER PROTOTYPE INTO THE PLANE. COULD YOU MAYBE UPLOAD A LETTER THAT CLARIFIES THIS?
We have not had this as an issue in the past years, as long as you pack your hardware in checked-baggage. Do not carry the materials in carry-on, hand-baggage. We also have our student researchers carry hardware prototypes in and out of the USA on a regular basis. Our students carry a letter that explains what they are carrying with them. Please use download the following letter and carry a hard-copy with you. You can also get a similar letter from your University authorities along with this.
